The project interprets the living heritage of traditional cuisine in a photographic exhibition, digital catalogue and short films. The emphasis is on experience, and creativity in maintaining tradition and its transmission, communication and sharing as a living heritage.
This year also marks the 20th anniversary of signing the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

We look forward to seeing you!
